Please complete and submit our grant application for our review. It does include a request for 3 recommendations from people who know you, and are willing to send us a letter of reference. Grant applications should be mailed to email@example.com.
Once the grant is in place, we need to hear how you are progressing. The Grant Report provides us a way to keep track of you, and of your path forward. Please provide reports every 6 months, or as the grant requires.

The Letter of Inquiry explains to us who you are, and why you would like us to consider your application for one of our grants. Please tell us how your need meets our mission to help those who have had a sudden loss with their path forward.
